QuestionCan I add an additional 1TB NVMe Solid State Drive?

- Answer Yes, you can put in the 2nd slot another card but doing so will void the warranty as soon as you open the case. I would suggest ordering the 2tb computer. Mine came with headphone output not working, the fix was window 10 reset fixed it. The sound through the headphones so righteous. Enjoy it's a beautiful machine. Jim

QuestionI'd like to use a docking station with the LG Gram 16. Can you advise if if the Dell D3100 dock will work with it (nominally this dock just needs a full-size USB port). Alternatively, can you recommend a docking station (or port replicator) for it?

QuestionMy 2021 LG gram came with Hynix 1TB M.2 2280 PCIe Gen3 NVMe SSD but Intel Evo Platform i7 specs says "first mobile PCIe Gen4 interface x4 lanes". So it is worth put M.2 NVMe PCIe Gen4 SSD in the second free slot? Is any of 2slots PCIe Gen4 speed capable?

QuestionCan you remove or disable Amazon Alexa on the machine. It is advertised as built in.

- Answer Alexa is an app. You should be able to uninstall it. If you are not sure about doing that, then go to Task Manager, Startup Tab, select Alexa, and disable it from startup. To me that would be the preferred option in case you change your mind in the future. Bottom line -- Alexa is an app and can be treated/maintained/uninstalled like any other app.

- Answer Mine came with Windows 10. During setup I was given an option to upgrade to WIndows 11, which I selected. Once the desktop came up, Windows 11 began to download. The description is a little misleading since it says WIndows 11 as the operating system. Maybe going forward it will be already installed but wasn't for mine. If you are one of the "lucky ones" like me then expect setup to take a little longer. It is worth it though. This is a really nice laptop well worth the price.

- Answer There are 2 version of TPM : First is Hardware and the Second is Firmware type. Since Intel Skylake CPU generation in 2016, Intel has been included Firmware type of TPM in their CPU. All the LG gram have intel CPU's with Firmware type of TPM and are fully compatible with Win 11. ^Daphane
