“The microwave makes a sound when cooking. Every time that the item I'm microwaving hits a certain point in the rotation (i.e., is coming up near the front of the microwave) it makes this low sound. I've tried shifting the turntable but no use. Please help”

We regret to read that your LG 1.5 cu. ft. NeoChef™ Countertop Microwave with Smart Inverter and EasyClean®, Model # LMC1575ST is making a sound when cooking. Regrettably, without a description of the sound or hearing the sound, we cannot determine if this is a normal operational sound or something that you should be concerned about. A whooshing sound is usually from the fan that blows across the magnetron to keep it cool and microwave ovens typically produce a hum. Please contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 and give them your best description of the sound you're hearing for some troubleshooting assistance...^IFV

Sounds like your plate is not properly set on the holder underneath... Just a guess.
