• No. I was in Best Buy yesterday with the same question and was told that Best Buy stopped doing this in January 2019. You have to go through TracFone customer service--oh joy.

• For TracFone service, you will need to call TracFone and have this done, or it can be done through an online account with TracFone. I would recommend calling Tracfone to have this done. Can't speak to how other providers handle this process.
