• They did for me but I had problems doing it on the computer so I called them and they transfered it for me.

• Yes when you switch over. Had some issues but I did an online chat with Tracfone and they walked me through it.

• Yes. It is very easy to do. Follow the activation instructions that come with the phone. You will need your Tracfone account information. Once you activate the phone your existing minutes will transfer.
