Q: QuestionI don't understand how to use the steam fresh cycle.I have tried to use this for a few dress shirts but when I press this it automatically sets the dryer to 14 minutes and the shirts come out damp if dry going in and still wet if wet going in.What should I be doing to get this to work so that dry shirts are steamed to be dry and less wrinkled and wet clothes are steamed but dry and not wrinkled. I thought this was how the cycle was supposed to work.

• A:Answer Try throwing a large towel in with the shirts to help absorb some of the excess moisture. Also, change the temperature setting to high. This helped my shirts come out dry after the steam fresh cycle

Q: QuestionHow much space is required behind the dryer?How much space is required behind the dryer and the wall? The total depth that I have is 31 3/8" Is this enough for this dryer?

• A:Answer We needed to have about 8 inches or the dryer won't start. I think it was because the vent got crimped and there was back pressure. Pulled it out a couple inches and works like a charm.

Q: QuestionCan you see steam?When you select the steam cycles such as wrinkle care or steam fresh, can you actually see the steam in the dryer? Can you see mist? Or does it just look like it does when you select a regular dryer setting?

• A:Answer No!!!! The installer didn't fully install, and to Cover their backside, they are demanding I pay for unnecessary plumbing for them to complete the installation. Never, EVER, EVER purchase an appliance from Best Buy. Only purchase from a company that does the install themselves, and stands behind their service.

Q: QuestionAluminum dryer hoseIs the aluminum dryer hose provided with the dryer? if not what is the length i need to buy? What is the diameter? Is it a standard 4" hose?

• A:Answer Ours came with all the hoses, etc. for installation, including the water hoses and the splitter. Was no issue at all for installation.

Q: QuestionIs there a delivery charges for home delivery?Is there a charge for home delivery and installation of new washer and dryer and hall away existing appliances?

• A:Answer There was no charge for delivery and they did haul away the old washer and dryer that I had. There is a charge for set-up of dryer, which I didn't need, since my husband was able to install it.

Q: QuestionMy steam dryer on wrinkle free or steam fresh cycle leaves clothes very wet and i can see droplets in drumDryer has been doing this since day one.. Its hooked up to the cold water and will leave clothes wet. Dryer is 2 weeks old

• A:Answer I did not know it hooks up to a faucet. We are using the water container that you fill and insert. We have not had any problems.
