QuestionMy clothes are warm after I wash a load using the Cold water temperature. Is this the expected behavior?I just had the WM2650HWA washer installed in my laundry closet. I've used the washer several times, and each time the clothes are warm (and there is visible steam on the door) once the load is complete. I've tried several water temperature settings (Cold, Tap Cold, and Hot), and I'm just surprised the clothes are warm even after using Cold or Tap Cold settings. I have the DLEX2650W dryer stacked on top of the washer, so it's really difficult for me to inspect the water hose connections behind the appliance. Is there a way I can determine whether my washer is hooked up incorrectly, or if the appliance's Cold temperature setting does not function correctly? Appreciate the help.

- Answer After speaking to both LG and Best Buy support representatives, it was determined that the water hose hookups were inverted during installation. The installation company came back out and reversed how the hoses were setup and now the washer works as I would have expected.

QuestionI have a LE front load washer and the rubber where the door snap at the bottom it look to be torn on broken. Now water runs from the front door,can this rubber piece be replace

- Answer I'm sure the seals can be replaced. Just call for repair.

Questionas you are looking at the washer, is door handle on the left or the right?

- Answer The door handle is on the right (the hinge is on the left). Ideally you would install the washer to the left of your dryer.

QuestionQuality control issue????Decals on wash cycles wiped off when I used water and a cotton cloth to clean fron of washer!!! Never had this problem with my Maytags . Lg says its cosmetic and not covered under warranty - how am I to tell which wash cycles I am selecting??? Very upset, had these things since June!

- Answer Sorry for the inconvenience, I haven't hear of anybody having that issue. Maybe there was a rest of abrasive cleaning solution left on the cloth that wasn't noticeable until it mixed with water? I wish I could help but all I can recommend is to contact LG Customer Service at (800) 243-0000 or visit the LiveChat Team at www.LG.com/us/support for assistance. If all fails and you have to fix it yourself, you could have the words printed on vinyl. (See attachment: image from page 9 in the manual.)

QuestionDoes a DLEX3470 Dryer Pair Well With The WM2650 WasherWould like a stainless steel drum. the 2650 dryer doesn't have this. We think the aluminized steel will rust and stainless never will.

- Answer Yes. Although the buttons/display are a little different, they are the same size (27"). Note that the 3470 has a black door, not mirrored chrome.

QuestionWashing...Tumbling??OK I've had this washer for 5 days and what seemed simple to use I felt confused and concerned when I went to use it last night. I'm used to top loading washers with agitation. My front loading washer I understand tumbles. But it doesn't tumble at a speed that looks like it's being washed at all. I'm wondering if that's normal or is the tub itself off balance. I do understand that the water isn't necessarily visible either when it's washing. Also, my clothes didn't smell clean (2 twin blankets and my son's football uniform). What's normal for this machine? Anywhere I can see an actual online video demo??

- Answer It does tumble slowly, and you may not think it's cleaning the clothes, but it is. Here's an unrelated tip: be sure to wipe the door seal down after each wash to keep the machine from ever becoming smelly (from mold or bacteria).

- Answer The WM2650HWA is great it has the Energy Star and is rated: 2012 ENERGY STAR MOST EFFICIENT It is a full-size unit -> DIMENSIONS (WxHxD) 27" x 38 11/16" x 29 3/4" ...so as long as your dryer is also a full-size unit (27" wide), the two will match well. QuestionIs the Internal Water Heater used for all cycles or just for the Steam Cycles?Is the Internal Water Heater in the WM2650 used in all wash cycles (such as Cotton/Normal) to heat the water to the appropriate temperatures for Warm and Hot water temperatures or is the water heater only used for the Extra Hot steam functions?

- Answer The internal heater functions for all but the "Tap Cold". Cold will heat the water (if the hot water mix was insufficient) to 60-degF (which is what detergents define as "cold" water wash).

QuestionRebate question....Why is this not listed as an item that qualifies for a $225 rebate in my area? It is an Energy Star qualified washer. Also, some of your other washers list as qualifying for the $225 rebate; but will I still get that rebate by ordering offline rather then going into a local store?

- Answer The WM2650HWA is a great unit. It was awarded the 2012 Energy Star MOST EFFICIENT designation! QuestionDo washer hose need to be purchased separately?Do the washer hose need to be purchased separately, or are they included? The online manual makes it look as though they are included, but our sales rep said they are not. If not, are the stainless steel ones (that the BB website says are a required accessory, SKU 5446387) or the regular rubber ones (SKU 9078525) the right choice, or either?

- Answer I think mine came with hoses, but I got new braided steel ones when I had mine installed. YOu do need to purchase the electrical cord for the dryer if it is not a gas dryer.
