“I just tried my new Studio 24 Dishwasher for the first. I put in a full load and tried, Heavy - nothing came on, Normal - nothing came on. Control Lock is off, when the Dishwasher was installed the Refresh cycle worked. There is nothing in the manual”

I just got mine a week ago. I clicked on Power, Normal, High Temp then start. Mine works every time.
