• The light goes off after couple of minutes on my dishwasher. I always leave it open for ventilation. But I was wondering if maybe I have a defective item or something needs to be adjusted in settings because the light goes off two fast. I can not put away all dishes in couple of minutes.

• The lights turn on on their own and will switch otf after a while. If I may suggest….look for another model, this is not worth the price.

• If you leave the door open they shut off after several seconds.

• It comes on with the opening of the door. There isn't a way to turn it On/Off from the control panel. It will automatically cut off after roughly 4-5 minutes. ^Daphane
