A:AnswerVery good questions--but I have no idea. Installer came out but we learned oven didn't fit in the opening we have (even though Best Buy sent out a guy to measure) so I had to have a carpenter come out to adjust the cabinet. That was done Thursday morning. Just waiting to hear back from Best Buy as to when they can come back out to install. Sorry I couldn't be of more help at this point. It is a beautiful oven and we love cooking sous vide so we're looking forward to using this. (BTW--the sous vide in this oven does not use water.)
