Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine just started doing the same thing. It didn't do it when it was new but it started this week. At least that is for the left one. The right one split in half a week ago while i was pulling it out of my ear. The glue just failed. LG says that it is physical damage and not covered under warranty. So if anyone is reading this, do not buy LG consumer electronics. They do not stand by their products at all.
