“How is the fit? I am having difficulty finding ones that do not fall out of my ear”

The fit is okayish for me. I had heard these had good fit but just not for my ears. You should also know that these will fall apart after using them for about 3 months and LG will not warranty this as they see it as physical damage even though the only thing I used them for was putting into and out of my ears.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Everyone's mileage is going to vary on this one, but for an in-ear earbud these things are glued to my ear. I used the out of box installed nubs but 2 other size are included. LG calls these 'medical grad gels'...they do feel different than the typical rubber buds you get with most others. Again, your results may vary but I've found these to be excellent.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well that’s a hard one to answer, as all ears are different. I can say the eartips in these LG units are VERY flexible and the whole thing is very small. I’d expect they’d fit most ears quite well.
