I would go with the Tone Active for workouts. those are made for that

I sweat quite a bit, and have not had problems, as of yet. I had the previous model to these, and also a lower tier on the price bracket, and they worked okay, too, but ultimately, their downfall was this exact problem. The model on the next tier, above these, is supposed to be the, "sport," version, and intended for this purpose. I purchased a pair for my significant other, and there seems to be no complaint about this issue yet. You may weigh your options based on price for purpose.
