“Will the LG HBS 800 sync with my LG 5830 smart TV after I attach a WFAN 500 USB dongle that gives my TV some sort of blue tooth capability? The TV does not sync with my LG HBS 750 headphones but I saw somewhere that it may sync with the 800 version. Before I buy them.........., is this true?”

The LG - Tone Ultra Wireless Headphones, Model # HBS-800 will not pair with your TV because the TV does not have Bluetooth that supports any of the headphone's Bluetooth profiles. It will not pair with any of the Tone series Bluetooth headsets either. The AN-WF500 Wi-Fi® Bluetooth® USB Dongle for select LG TVs is only compatible with LG products that support the LG Wireless Sound Sync function...^IFV
