Mine was emailed to me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm so irritated regarding this DLC... Best Buy said they could not help me and that I would have to contact the developer. Fast forward a week and here we are: Square Enix just wrote me back and said: "Thank you for contacting SQUARE ENIX support, We do apologize, but if your game did not come with a required or valid registration code or product key, you will need to approach the retailer who sold it to you and request an exchange or refund. We do apologize but we cannot replace missing or invalid registration codes under any circumstances" So what did the person up above do to get a code? Any advice would be appreciated but I'm still very upset about how poorly the entire thing has been handled and how neither side is willing to help.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Was not included with the game and was not on the receipt. Contacted Best Buy DLC department and for some reason they could not provide the code so contacted Square Enix (the maker of the game) and they emailed the code immediately
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven't got one yet. Should be e-mailed if you got it online and on receipt if you got it in store. I contacted bestbuy and they said they would send me one but I'm still waiting.
