LifeProof (now owned by Otterbox) has a limited 1-year warranty on all of their cases, which is detailed on their website at lifeproof.com. Generally, you would send for an identical new case via their website in order to exercise the warranty. However, since this Lifeproof Fre Power case has been discontinued by LifeProof, I'm not sure how this would work. Likely they would replace a Fre Power case with a Fre or a Nuud case, but you would need to contact LifeProof customer service to find out for sure.
