- Answer It’s through the lifeproof company. Just go to lifeproof/otterbox warranty fill it out the information and you only get charged the shipping cost which is a few dollars

QuestionI know this case works with wireless charging but does it work with the new(ish) magnetic Popsocket? Is the Popsocket strong enough to get through this case and stay put?

- Answer The newer Lifeproof case is now sold through Otter Box and you have to get the one that is approved for magnetic charge and it works great! Phone stays completely encased

- Answer It may or may not work. Some chargers are strong enough to work with it but most are not. But case is worth just manually plugging it in
