No it doesn't. It will fit it but people won't be able to hear you it will sound like you are in a tunnel and the sound is terrible. The one for the 6s is in production per lifeproof

It is my daughter's phone and case and I cannot hear her when I call her on her phone now. The sound is very garbled. I would not recommend spending the money on this case for the 6S.

Be sure to look on the package though, they are all labeled to show exactly which ones they will protect, as these are must fit perfectly in order to be water tight! Also be sure to perform the test PRIOR to using on your phone to ensure the water seal is good and has not been compromised.

But if you read my review, the phone has bad sound quality with the mic (it does need to be covered to make the phone waterproof). I'm not sure if this might be a slightly different placement of the mic between the 6 or the 6S, or if it's by design. Doesn't bother my wife, as she uses an apple watch to answer her calls. Would recommend you get a bluetooth device for phone calls if you have this on your phone.
