QuestionLooking between the Lifestyle ST 525 and 535; what exactly is the difference between the Direct/Reflecting Speakers with the ST 525 vs. the Jewel Cube speakers on the ST 535? Which ones produce the clearer sound?

- Answer The Jewel Cube speakers are small and powerful. The Direct Reflecting speakers are larger and produce a more open and spacious sound.

- Answer We're glad you asked. There could be many reasons the system turns off on its own, it might be that the signal from the source device is too low and is not detected . If your systems "auto off" feature is enabled the system will turn itself off after a period of time if there has been no interaction. This feature is easily disabled. QuestionDoes the speakers take 16 gauge wire?

- Answer We include 18 gauge wire with this system but 16 gauge is compatible and has worked out well for many of our customers.

- Answer Hello Matt, Bose offers several different installation packages. On a surround sound system you might choose to have the system set-up, connected and wires managed. You might also choose to have the wires concealed, and in the case of this system you might want to have the rear speaker wires concealed. The cost also depends on the distance from a Bose store. For the best estimate, consider what type of installation you prefer and then call our technical service team at 1-800-379-2073 for an accurate quote.

QuestionHow do I convert Bose 535 110v to 220vI intend to purchase Bose Lifestyle 535 to be used outside the US where voltage is generated at V220. As this product is operated at 110V in the US ,can you recommend where I can buy the one Operated at 220V?
