• A:Answer Thanks for your question. The LINK by Eargo earbuds last up to 9 hours on a single charge in hearing aid mode. It takes about 1.5 hours to charge the earbuds from empty to full. When in need of a charge, the earbuds will announce “Low battery”. Depending on your usage, you will have about 20 minutes of remaining use. Of Note: Earbud battery life depletes faster when in audio streaming mode or call mode.

• A:Answer Thanks for your question -- LINK by Eargo has a directional processing feature that is automatically enabled, but can be turned off in the app. Directional processing optimizes sound coming from the front and attenuates sound coming from the back.

Q: QuestionEargo's answer to my last question didn't address what I was asking. Of course phone audio can stream TO the hearing aids. What I really want to know is if the hearing aids will stream my voice back to the phone or if I still need to talk into the phone.
