If you wish to use your phone as the main source of the internet connection and connect it to the Linksys E5350, then it impossible as you may need to have an active internet connection from your Internet Service Provider via Modem/Gateway and connect it to the Linksys E5350 so that the router will share the internet access to the connected client devices.
