- Answer Hi. The Linksys E5350 only supports up to 100MBps of internet speed. We suggest that you consider our Linksys EA8300 instead to take full advantage of your internet speed.

QuestionI have spectrum internet, they provide one network with 2.4ghz and 5G, my security cameras required 2.4 but for some reason I can’t see they cant see the network. Will this split the signals in 2 network?

- Answer Hi Juan. Yes, the Linksys E5350 has its own 2.4 and 5GHz bands that you can split by assigning unique SSIDs for each band.

- Answer No, IC75. You need to connect this wired to the router or modem so it’ll get an internet connection. You might want to consider a range extender instead as it'll suit your desired setup.

QuestionSpectrum provides my modem. Assuming Spectrum supports this Linksys router do I need to contact Spectrum for some type of access code? Or can i just bring it home, pug in the power and connect it to the modem, then begin using it?

QuestionSo I recently bought a TCL Roku television about 5 months ago. It connected well with my current WiFi perfectly, up until Saturday it suddenly stopped. I tried resetting the TCL Roku device and even tried to reset my WiFi, and nothing worked. Linksys work

- Answer Hi, Srwbusch. Since CAT 5 only supports up to 100Mbps, the E5350 router should work fine in your network as its Ethernet ports only support up to 100Mbps too. However, if you’ll upgrade your subscription speed in the future, you might need to upgrade the router too in order to cope up. If we are to be asked, it’s better to invest in a router that supports a gigabit connection as it’s future proof, especially in this time where technology upgrades from time to time.
