• Yes, I'm using Windows 8 and it's working like it's supposed to. Easy setup too.

• Question to need the answer to is why will it not work with windows 8? because all you are doing is getting an ip address from this device the operating system on the computer should not matter. Ask the manufacturer and microsoft why it will not work. Does not sound right to me.please let me know what you find.
