We can do a port-in request which may occur immediately or may take 1 to 3 business days (5 to 7 business days if porting a landline), depending on your carrier, as long as all of the information provided is confirmed to match the account information with the existing carrier. If your existing carrier requires additional information or the information does not match, it may delay the port-in process.

To turn on the flashlight drag you finger from the top of your phones screen to the bottom; this will open the notification menu. Drag your finger down a second time and you will find the flashlight option. When the flashlight is on it’ll appear to be lit up and white, if the flashlight option is off the icon will be gray with a line through it. They did it for my mother in laws phone. she had the smart 1 phone and went up to the smart 2. Obviously because thats where we bought it. if they cant , maybe great call company will help you with that. As it is their service

  • QuestionCan I swap my flip phone in on the Smart2? It is less than 1 year old.

    • Answer Call Great Call and see what they can do for you. In my case, they did a swap because my flip phone died -- but I had to pay the difference in price between Flip phone and Smart 2. They messed up the shipping and lost it. I ended up cancelling the Great Call order and I bought the phone on sale at my local Best Buy online. Sometimes it's worth it to take a loss, just to get a better product.

    • Answer No, it's Greatcall's own service but, I have to warn you, the service is expensive and the user interface is horrid. For instance: if you want to place a phone call, from your contacts list, starting at the Home screen it takes 6 taps before the phone starts ringing. We bought this phone for my aging mother who was starting to have problems with an iPhone. It has been a disaster. So, if I could give this thing 1 star, I would.
