Texting was supposed to be off. Still getting them and charged. This is ridiculous. About to shut this service off.. Please fix it

Please try again later.l had to fight with lively about the text message, l was told they cant help. because it the Government. l told lively had long l pay for lively l have more authority ove Government un install text message l am paying both in coming and out text message that not mind.
