It can affect the ability of your phone to charge wirelessly. The reason for this is that once you attach a magnet to your phone's case, that magnet negates the efficacy of the wireless charger because the charger itself is magnetically activated. You will need to remove the phone case in order to charge your phone with a wireless charger or keep the case on and just use a cord to charge your phone.
