How do you click and drag with ergo m575 null

Depending on how you have setup the buttons, it works the same as a standard mouse - left click and roll the trackball. The utility software allows you to modify/customize the functions of the buttons, so you could set one up to toggle the "grab" function on and off. Then you would not have to hold the button down while you drag.

You hold down the left button as you would with any mouse and then move the trackball instead of moving the mouse across your desk.

You left click and roll the ball.

The same as with any mouse. Hold left click and then roll the ball.
