“Why you sent me a Refurbished keyboard? I am in China, it took several days to send to me. I just got it this week ,but when i selltled everything,the key"A"didn't work. So I took it to repair.The people who help to repair told me this was a Refurbished keybord,not new. I need to know why you send me a Refurbished one.Have you ever mentioned it is a Refurbished,not all new in your web? pls help to solve this problem ASAP”

I don't work for Best Buy but I don't think this is the proper place to ask about issues with your order. You should email custermer service with your order number.

Otherwise, I do recommend to get a mechanical keyboard. The Corsair brand it has an aluminum board, is very lite and you can feel so loth confidence in it .
