Q: Questionis this head set compatible with the phone system five-9? this is the system i use for work and i am looking for a quality head set to use that goes over the ear that doesnt echo when people talk

• A:Answer Hello Tiffany, the G733 headset will work on computer as long as you have PC with Windows® 7 or later, macOS® X 10.12 or later. As long as the software you are using recognizes the headset as an output/input option, you'll be able to use it. Q: QuestionI work from home and have the Avaya application on my laptop that we take calls through.. since the sound comes through the laptop, can I still use these headphones?

• A:Answer Hi Cat, the G733 will work with most applications. When you plug the USB receiver into your computer it will automatically detect it, but you may have to change the settings on your laptop/computer and sometimes in the application so that the G733 is the default/preferred source. • A:Answer Hello, unfortunately, you won't be able to use them as a wired headset. You need to use the provided Wireless receiver in order to use them. Q: QuestionHow adjustable is this? I usually have my headset on nearly the tightest setting, but I don’t know if the band will be able to adjust to that size. (Tried a hyperx with similar strap, non adjustable, and it slid down to my neck).

The G733 LIGHTSPEED Wireless DTS Headphone:X v2.0 Gaming Headset will connect to a Surface Pro 7 laptop yes (by connecting the USB LIGHTSPEED wireless receiver), but won't work on Galaxy OS no. Note that his headset does not features Bluetooth connectivity, it needs the USB receiver to be plugged in.

Q: QuestionAfter using these for a few minutes I start to get a lot of feedback and static. What can I do to fix this issue? These are brand new and have done this ever since they were purchased.

• A:Answer This could come from wireless interference or loose connection. I'd first try resetting the headset by turning it off and on, and make sure the USB dongle is firmly connected. If it keeps happening, updating the firmware via Logitech's app or support page might help. If not, it could be a defective unit, so I'd refit out to their support. If done in a timely manner they will have you ship them up and repair them for you or sometimes they replace it for you if unrepairable.

Q: QuestionThe Microphone works just fine in Google Suite when using the FireFox browser. However, I just started a new remote job and cannot get the mic to work through Microsoft Teams or even in the general settings. Any help would be appreciated.
