A:AnswerHello Matt! I believe most of these devices should be compatible with your Harmony 665 10-Device Universal Remote, except the Amazon Fire TV Stick, as this is compatible with Hub-based remotes (no infrared on the Fire Stick), but you can confirm all your equipment with the models you have by checking the Harmony Compatibility website: https://support.myharmony.com/en-us/compatibility
A:AnswerHello, your device is supported. In the future, you may check other device compatibility on our website: https://support.myharmony.com/en-us/compatibility
A:AnswerYes, using the MyHarmony app you can turn on a wide selection of devices and in a specified sequence. For example, I programmed by Watch TV button to turn on the TV, my sound system, my satellite DVR, and set them each to different states. Almost all sound systems, TV, and DVRs models are available in the MyHarmony App. Be sure to jot down all the model numbers of the devices you wish to use on the remote. Even if your device is not in the MyHarmony list of devices you can program the remote to learn your device's as long as it uses the same type of remote signal the remote uses.
A:AnswerHello Neal, this remote should work with that TV. But just to make sure, you can check here for full compatibility: https://support.myharmony.com/en-us/compatibility

A:AnswerHello Stephonick. During the set up process for the 665, you will be asked which device will control the volume. You can specify here which device you want the remote to communicate with when using the volume buttons.
A:AnswerHello Steve. The Harmony 665 should work with any device that already uses an IR remote. It works with most TiVo units, but to make sure, you can check here for full compatibility: https://support.myharmony.com/en-us/compatibility
A:AnswerWell, the Logitech website has n older version of the MyHarmony software for that remote. Anyway, if your AV techs programmed your Logitech remote using the software on a computer in your home, it should have saved it's settings. I am not sure an older remote's setup would be able to transfer over to a new version of the software. You can look on Logitech's website for help. https://support.myharmony.com/en-us/download#harmonyRemote7x
A:AnswerI think you need to press the help button on the remote, it may do a diagnostic type function and ask you some questions, follow the instructions on the remote
A:AnswerDid you download the software and set the remote up for the devices you want to control? If not, the remote will do nothing. Look at the instructions that came with the remote. Use the software to select the devices you want to control. Then, connect the remote to your computer with the supplied USB cable. Then, you sync the remote to the software. The software will download all of your device commands to the remote. What's nice about the software is that it saves your settings to the cloud. As long as you know your user ID and password (that you chose when loading the software) you can copy the device commands to a new logitech remote in the future. You can use the software to tailor the remote for specific functions or create macros. It may take a few attempts to get everything the way you want. If this sounds like more than you bargained for, perhaps a simpler remote will be preferable. Good luck.
