Is this compatible with Mac Book Pro null

By 'compatible' I would say yes. The additional function buttons (like one button for email, or one button to open Safari) I do not know if those will work. For typing it would work great.

The Logitech set requires a USB port. I don't have one on my I-Pad, but am not familiar with a Mac Book. If you have a port, it should work fine.
