QuestionHow do i enable surround sound. when i try enabling it from the G hub it still doesn't work. i've been looking at tons of videos and still haven't found a solution, i have also tried tuning the sound control panel and it still does not work. please help.

- Answer Without a doubt! the 3.5MM jack goes into the controller simply like the PS4 but the biggest and nicest difference is the quality due to the PS5's 3D tempest audio some games are life changing than others! Particularly Demon's Souls is the best, and The Last of Us 2 through backwards compatibility is right behind it

- Answer If you are using it on a pc, you may have to go into your device manager and select that headset as the default device for audio output.

- Answer When you contact Logitech they can send these types of items. Bestbuy cannot I believe. Logitech has in the past sent replacement parts for my bluetooth connector for example. They should walk you through everything they need before verifying.

- Answer G Pro works with iRacing, why would it not? It is a gaming software! No lights on this setup. If you want lights and non-stop worry about charging your headphones and losing connection with wireless dongle [had to replace 3 of them], go with G935.

- Answer Hi Chip, The Logitech G Pro X has a multitude of sound settings that can be altered via the Logitech G HUB application which is free to download. There are presets for your desired equalizer settings. You may also manually alter these to your desires.

- Answer Hello Connor, Sony has said that you'll be able to enjoy headsets you currently use with the PS4. So the G Pro X headset will be ok to use for the PS5 as well.
