A:AnswerI have a laptop with a 3.5 mm port for a headphone jack that comes with the speaker. It works fine, so yes it works with a laptop. Not sure about the power cable, don’t believe so though.
A:AnswerThere is one wire that plugs into the computer. It is the standard 3.5 mm headphone / speaker plug. Not a usb connection. There is also the power adaptor which fits any standard power oulet.
A:AnswerYes the speaker comes with a 3.5mm plug BUILT IN and you can also plug an external 3.5mm aux cord into the front of the spaeker to play music from another device such as your phone, TV etc. Also if you want to plug headphones into this speaker it automatically will cut off the speakers and switch to the headphones. It's great!
A:Answeras far as I know there would be no reason for a mic pick up to work with these little speakers. They output audio that you can adjust with the knob that is on one of them and if you want to bypass that and or just listen to music coming out of the speakers and into headphones, you can do that. But if you plug headphones into that Jack even if you have an in-line mic the speakers are not receivers they are on the transmitters. Unless were not talking about the same product… Or I’m confused about how you were using them . . . You’d need another interface that has an audio auxiliary in Port you can get a little splitter that would connect your headphones and send them to two locations one where you receive and the other where the audio would go in but these are only meant to go one way
hope that helps
another suggestion because these are so readily available and inexpensive is to get a little Bluetooth transmitter receiver sometimes you just need one little object that works for both or you could have two separate items and that will turn anything into a Bluetooth device
both to receive and send audio and what’s cool about that is that you could use it at a computer or a gaming center or television or telephone or even professional instruments that need to go into a speaker it also helps keep things organized because you don’t have to deal with lots of wires and wires break. I have a few because my TV is and speakers lacked Bluetooth, So I just keep them hooked in and then I can play music from my phone or wherever whenever so can guests you can also split those and the two as well that way so I just keep them hooked in and then I can play music from my phone or wherever whenever so can guests you can also split those in the two as well that way You can have certain things hardwired in and then still have the option for other people to use the stuff…
