“The product doesn't allow for setting the cameras to color night vision (CNV) as stated in the features. I have contacted LOREX many times with no resolution. If i cannot enable the features i paid for i will return the item. Thanks in advance”

I think the color night vision requires some low but substantial light source. That is, "color night vision" is not an accurate characterization of what I see on my screens.
