I just tried it in my app, both buttons can be assigned to the same lights (via room).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have only used these wireless switches with Phillips Hue lights. They have a battery that you can change every 18 months or so. Changing them once a year when you change smoke detector batteries is a good practice. You can set each switch to work different lights or the same light by using the Hue app. The easiest way would be to set up 2 zones and place one switch with 4 lights into each zone. You can then turn them on with one switch and off with another. You do not need 3 way switches to do this.
