The Caseta Smart Dimmer PD-6WCL is only able to control one lighting load or zone, it cannot individually control two separate light circuits.

The pico remote can do what you're describing. If you have two different lutron caseta switches, the pico remove can control multiple switches in unison (e.g. turn two different lights on at the same time, or dim them, etc.). With a two-way switch installation, you'll have one dimmer switch, and a pico remote at the other end of the two-way, so you'll already have the pico remote installed and it'll look the same as the dimmer switch on the wall.
