Dont have that one but is your belt on good? most people that get these have been having belt troubles right out of the box. Always get extended warranty for things like these. I did for the small washer and it worked but I had to push the on button in the side and not middle for it to come on and a replacement was sent out but I was told to keep the other new one as well so I got 2 compact washers that worked well for the price of one. Call the folks who make it and see if they will help you. Is it a year warranty? Dont try to fix it yourself.Try tube. Sometimes you get lucky. I learn how to fix a lot of things on tube and e-how.
