Age limit of this toy null

It says 8 yrs old at minimum age but I bought for 6 and 7 yr olds and reviews have several 6yrs olds

I bought it for a 6 year old but I think it would work with 4-5 year olds as well. On the construction part, the plastic rivets are hard for little fingers so i had all the fun (no, really) of putting it together. I would think kids upwards of 8 should be able to put the entire thing together.
