• Katie, on dishwasher, select the wash cycle and options desired. To run the Auto cycle, press the START keypad twice. Within 4 seconds of pressing START keypad you must firmly push the door closed. If the door is not closed within 4 seconds, the START light will flash, an audible tone will be heard, and the cycle will not start.

• Yes. Yu just have to close the door with a few seconds for it to start running. If you wait too long after pressing start, you will need to press start again.
