“we just set up our new dishwasher....why can't I push the buttons. nothing lights up... it does nothing. it was stuck on delay wash when we first set it up. now we can't get it to do anything”

To do anything when nothing works make sure you touch the cancel button for at least 4 seconds to reset the unit.
