“Does this washer drain completely? It seems as though my washing machine isn't draining completely. It feels like there is water remaining in the agitator when the load cycle is complete. Is this because it's high efficiency? Or is there a problem with my washer? Thanks, Laura”

If the washer isnot draining completelly something is wrong! Call them out now! There should be no water in the bottom of the washer when the last cycle is completed!
