This machine uses very little water and the clothes come out very clean.
The cycles are varied and useful. However, there is no soak cycle and the machine can be touchy when you want to unlock the lid to add something.
Overall, I am very satisfied.

I've had it for a few months and only do about 10 loads a month. Also, this is my first washer so I don't have anything to compare it to. Having said this, it's a very good machine. I love everything about it except only one thing I noticed so far. If I put too many towels in it - it won't spin and therefore will finish with everything soaking wet. The good side to this is that there are cycles that let you just drain and spin, or rinse and spin. So I don't have to rewash everything when that happens.
I guess the point is that you shouldn’t put things in there that will become really heavy when wet, which, in my opinion, is not a major minus. So overall, I like it very much, it’s pretty stable too, so when it spins it doesn’t shake the whole apartment. As a matter of fact, my neighbors downstairs don’t hear it and I mostly wash around 7PM-3AM. We can only hear the shaking if we are in the kitchen, if the door to the kitchen is closed – we don’t hear it. Hopefully that gives you an idea of how loud it is (not at all in my opinion).

Great Techie washer, if you are new to the process

This washer was just to modern! I just wanted a washer that I could select my water levels small, medium or large load. I also want control of the time in the wash cycle. This washer did it all for me by a sencor. It also suggested to put the detergent in first and then the clothes the water came in last! . I like to have water in first, mix in the detergent then add the clothes. The process was just to long. The machine had to sencor everything. The hot water was always warm this was because warm is now the new hot. Warm and hot water were cooler than what I was use too. The hot water was never hot enough for the whites. Sencor regulated the temperature. I like sent it back!

I really like this washer. It has great features. It figures out how much water it needs. I can choose ranges within categories. My clothes come out really clean and seem softer. The price was right for the size and features of this washer.

Washer seems to be doing a good job. However, it lacks a lint filter. I live in the mountains, with my own septic system. When washing cotton throw rugs, etc. my old washer's lint filter captured at least a handful from each washing. I believe I will now have to take these items into a public washateria -- I don't want to clog up my pipes and septic system.
PS read the manual before you use it. The washer likes to sit and make grunting noises while determining how to handle a given load of clothes. It's not broken! it's just thinking!

Great Washer in the lower price range

It take getting use to, it does take longer for any cycle, I always use the second rinse, it makes different sounds than an old style washer, it has a nice white enamel tub, the lid locks, so preplan your load ahead of time so you do not have to stop and restart. My clothes are coming out very clean, and very spun before I put out on the clothes line. It is an energy star, and the sticker actually says 10 dollars a year to operate, if one were to do 8 loads a week, we will see. The washer itself is very light weight and I hooked it up myself, although the drain hose could be a little
heavier weight. So far I like it I have used it for a month now, got lucky with an open box and still qualified for the extended warranty, and Financing for 12 months, and Sempra Rebate offer.

Quiet. We like the balancing feature. The machine basically sizes up the wash load, spins the tub a few times to level it out & balance it, then decides how much water you actually needs. Saves on water too.

A:AnswerIf the washer isnot draining completelly something is wrong! Call them out now! There should be no water in the bottom of the washer when the last cycle is completed!
A:AnswerVaries depending on cycle you choose, 35-45 minutes. Please note the Spin cycle is better than average and practically dries your clothes enough to cut drying time more than half.
