QuestionHow long is the normal cycle?

- Answer Hello LetsgoBrandon! There are no set range of cycle times for this model of washer. Cycle times vary depending on water pressure in the home, load size, amount of detergent used etc. The unit also has a soil sensor, which would sense the soil on the clothing. Which in return would adjust the time. The time in the display is an estimated time only and may adjust.

- Answer Hello Caesardog, Best Buy currently offers three front load models. They are MHW6630HC: Height 38 5/8 inches, Width 27 inches Depth 32 7/8 inches. MHW6630HW: Height 38 5/8 inches, Width 27 inches, Depth 32 7/8 inches and MHW5630HW: Height 38 5/8 inches, Width 27 inches, Depth 31 5/16 inches. We hope this helps.

QuestionThis is my second brand new machine and sometimes the machine will stop and the display will show 6 or 7 minutes still left, but the cycle is done. The first one I had, the tech came out and replaced the control board and it still happened. Now this one.

QuestionI have the neptune washer and dryer and one piece pedestal(2004) wondering if I can use the one piece long pedestal on this new units not being stacked?the pedestal fits both side by side / not stacked ?

- Answer I try to do this exact same thing. I had a metal Neptune side-by-side pedestal with this washing machine. It did not fit but I was able to get it to fit with some modifications so if you’re willing to do the work it’ll work out but it’s not going to fit straight up. The feet don’t quite line up with the place they need to go in the pedestal

QuestionI have this model - I am so disgusted with the Repair company A&E and EPIC. EPIC sent A&E out 4 times so far to replace the springs and the main console, and the engine still keeps running after the spin and drain cycle. What's up? Are they incompetent?
