QuestionWhy do some clothes come out dirtier than when they went in? Like wet dust and I wipe it out after each use. I hate this machine nothing but problems. How can I soak clothes in it?

- Answer My clothes don't come out dirtier, but I do hate the washer and dryer. My soap dispenser doesn't even work. I've had them since March. I'm going to call for a service call. I, too, would like to know how to soak clothes. It's a basic requirement.

- Answer Hi, they are the same model. The zero after the model number is the engineering digit and not part of the actual model number itself. The MVW7230HW is a 5.2 cubic foot model. We hope this helps!

QuestionThe washer makes a clunking noise during the rinse cycle. Is this normal? I tried stopping the machine and moving the load around to better balance, but clunking still continues.

- Answer I wash everyday and have never heard a clunking noise during the rinse cycle. So I would say it is not normal.

QuestionI have had this washer less than a week. I put in one set of queen size sheets on regular and it went out of balance, spinning and vibrating so hard, it moved over next to the dryer. What are the settings to wash one set of sheets or smaller loads?

QuestionCan you use pods or does it have to be liquid detergent? Also can you use the scent booster tablets?

QuestionBOY, THIS IS REALLY A LEARNING CURVE. MY QUESTION IS AFTER I PUSHED POWER AND PUT CLOTHES/DETERGENT IN AND SET SPIN, ETC. I CLOSE THE LID AND PUSH START AND IT DOESN'T START. i have MUST DO A COUPLE OF TIMES STARTING FROM THE BEGINNING GET MACHINE ON?

- Answer Hi, Load the machine and add detergent first. Close Lid Then press Power, as you have three seconds to push Start. That's been successful for me.

QuestionCan this dryer vent on the right side when converted to propane . I can only fit a right side vent and no one seems to now the answer when using propane

- Answer The dryer has a knock out hole cover for right hand venting. Propane or natural gas, uses same venting outlets. There is a precut hole on lower right corner. You just need to knock the cover plate out of the hole and install an elbow to exit right side.
