• A:Answer I called customer service & told them I didn’t want to have auto renewal. The removed it for me. I was not required to give my credit card information. It was easy & pleasant. I’d recommend calling customer service while installing the software & explain that you don’t want auto renewal. It worked for me. Good luck!
