I assure you McAfee Total Protection is excellent at protecting your computer & other devices.
It has saved my home & business computers from viruses, malware, trojans, etc. on MANY occasions.
Believe me, McAfee Total Protection has paid for itself a million times over. Since I began using McAfee in 2006, I have NEVER had a virus, etc, corrupt ANY of my computers.
Lastly, it is VERY EASY to use.
