Q: QuestionIf I purchase this product today, how long can I save it before I activate it since my current antivirus software has not expired. Can I not activate it for 6 months and still get the latest version at the 6 months activation period?

• A:Answer Yes, after it said nothing of auto renewal on the Best Buy page where I bought it. After buying the 1 yr/1 device subscription, I went to activate and after it was "activated" I was required to put in my bank info for auto renewal to complete the download.
