Absolutely, the visuals are much bettter than the quest 2, the field of view is alot bigger as well, almost seemless
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, but only due to the pancake lenses and more densely packed pixels. The tall improvements will be seen as more applications are updated to leverage foveated rendering. To date, Red Matter 2 is the only game to take advantage of this and it really shows in the improved clarity of text in a game that was already cutting edge where graphics is concerned.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Quest 2 and Quest Pro actually share similar resolution, so you won't be playing games "upscaled". However, the Quest Pro does feature new lenses which result in much clearer and better contrasting colors, which will definitely up the quality games!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is no mentioning of upscaling, however all existing Quest 2 games are compatible and many existing Quest 2 games will be updated to use the new full color mixed reality passthrough features.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They won't be upscaled unless the developer releases a Pro-specific version. Regardless they will be much more visually appealing because the lenses and color quality are MUCH better on the Pro.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think with new pancake lenses along with better LCD quantum dot screen, the visual will look much cleaner. while there isn't significant resolution bump, I have not noticed any screen door effect on my quest 2, and any improvement on the optics and panel it self would be a great benefit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it is backwards compatible and the new lenses are clearer. It will have better contrast. Performance should be better as well with the ram and chip upgrades.
