• A:Answer The back of the card says "You will be automatically charged yearly for renewals by Best Buy at the then current price (subject to change). Contact Best Buy with billing questions or to cancel. 1-888-BEST BUY" So apparently, it's up to Best Buy, and we just have to wait and see, or cancel if we can't get a good answer.

Q: QuestionOur internet frequently drops out for hours at a time. Will I be able to use Microsoft 365 when it is down? I am assuming that it would only be possible to access files stored locally.

• A:Answer As long as you have successfully downloaded the program to a phone, table or PC already, which that step will require Internet service. Then to use it you can use the program after with or without internet service. You just wont be able to open any features or tabs that would require Internet searching tools.

• A:Answer Good luck with that. If the subscription was purchased through Microsoft it wouldn't be that big an issue. However, my experience with trying to do it through BestBuy is that it's impossible to recoup any of the months you have left on the Personal.
