• I couldn't attach it to my xbox one s white controller, wouldn't fit, but it worked with an xbox one standard black controller that I also had. For some odd reason the fit is different for newer xbox one s controllers...

• I am using the cpntroller that came with my xbox 1 S. I had to go into the xbox settings and ipdate the controller before the headset would work
