Q: QuestionI just got this keyboard for my laptop w windows 8.1 keyboard paired with my laptop and worked properly for couple of minutes but stopped working afterwards. I rebooted my laptop& same thing happened. device still shows connected to my laptop.

Q: QuestionLooks like the Print Screen key is missing. Is this true?

• A:Answer Very disappointed to see this key missing. Windows button (next to Fn) + shift + S works, but I miss the print screen single hit. You can only choose one window or screen in this "two step" process.

• A:Answer I know this question is old but other buyers may wonder as well. To change the emoji button you need to download a Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center app on your PC. From there you can change this button behavior.

• A:Answer I am not their lawyer but it is still considered Mechanical Keyboard since it actually comes with Physical keys just like any other wired keyboards that exists out there. IF you are looking for an antique type writer alike Mechanism from the 1900's, this is not one. Welcome to the future.

Users may switch between hosts to reconfigure which is the priority device, but will only be able to interact with one host device at a time.

• A:Answer Thank you for your question. When not in use, this keyboard will automatically go into sleep mode when not in use for five minutes. To turn it off, you may also press the Bluetooth button for at least 5-7 seconds to unpair it from your device.
